I cannot recommend BeeU. Personal training enough! I have worked with Rebecca for over 2 years. I started after the 1st lockdown to lose a bit of weight but have enjoyed our sessions so much I have continued and she has really made me love exercise again after a period of seeing exercise as a chore. No session is ever the same, she mixes it up each week so you never get bored. I am now 4 months pregnant and she has been incredibly supportive so far in providing advise on what exercise I should / shouldn't be doing and also helps me with my nutrition.
